Prevention and permanency for children and families facing challenges by providing a Christ-centered network of support, family education, and community strengthening.
We provide professional wrap-around care and advocacy for:
Biological families facing DCF separation
Relative and non-relative caregivers
Foster and adoptive families
Our team focuses on four critical areas within each family we serve:
Education
Health & Wellness
Psychosocial Support
Spiritual Development
This range of services is available to families through referral from the Department of Children and Families, Heartland for Children, One Hope United, Highlands County Schools, partner churches, law enforcement, and other local partner agencies.
We encourage biological parents and relative caregivers to take part in Making Sense of Your Worth and Parenting for Positive Self-Worth classes.
Foster and adoptive parents are encouraged to complete Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) training.
